Nebraska State College System Offers Tuition Scholarships

The Nebraska State College System Board of Trustees is currently offering full-tuition scholarships to attend Chadron, Peru or Wayne State Colleges.  The renewable scholarships will be awarded for the 2008-09 academic year and represent a more than $13,200 financial award when renewed over four years.

To apply, high school seniors must:

  • Score at least a 25 on the ACT or 1130 on the SAT college entrance exams (verbal/critical thinking and math scores only)
  • Graduate in 2008 from a Nebraska high school
  • Enroll as a full-time college student in the fall of 2008
  • Be a resident of Nebraska
  • Complete an application
  • Provide at least one written recommendation letter from a high school teacher or administrator
  • Meet the January 15, 2008 deadline
