This policy establishes the standards and conditions for delivering distance education courses by the Nebraska State Colleges. To encourage the development and use of distance education courses and programs for educational purposes, where appropriate, while ensuring a level of quality equivalent to that of regular on-campus courses and to establish consistent processes for student enrollments in licensure/certification programs offered via distance education.
