Director of Title IX Compliance
The Director of Title IX Compliance develops and manages a comprehensive system-wide Title IX compliance program in collaboration with Chadron, Peru and Wayne State Colleges. The Director of Title IX Compliance will have primary responsibility for managing Title IX compliance obligations. This position will work closely with College Title IX Coordinators, administration, faculty, staff and students to develop initiatives, conduct training, and increase awareness of issues related to gender equity and sexual harassment, assault, violence, and create sexual misconduct policies and related procedures (e.g. VAWA, Clery, Campus SaVE Act).
